How to Help


This campaign exists to amplify the voices of those who smell the South Tyler Wastewater Treatment plant and want fresh air in the area.

Would you like to end the smell coming from the waste water treatment plant on Cumberland Road?


If so, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) provides a way to help!


Your quick 2-minute complaint to the (TCEQ) is how we make a change because the Texas SIP rule 30TAC101.4 states (in summary) that no person shall discharge air contaminants in such concentrations that shall interfere with the enjoyment of property. If you are ready to use your voice to make a change, file a complaint.
